IUI and thin lining?

babydreams2012babydreams2012 Junior Member Junior Member
I need some advice and info ladies:) i went for my ultrasound today to check my follicles for my IUI. When i went for my diagnostic cycle last month the tech said my lining looked good-but didnt give me a #, and i had 1 follicle at 21 and another about 9. This month, the nurse said my lining is a little thin-6.5- and they want it to be 8 at the time of my IUI. She did say it should thicken before i do ovulate. I dont know if there is anything i can do to help it along or something i should avoid doing?? I have two follies this month, one is 17 and the other is 15.5-which is good:) Based on my prior cycles i usually ovulate about day 14/15. Right now i am at day 11. This is my first IUI so i am trying to stay as calm and relaxed as possible, but as you all know that can be a difficult task. Based on all of your experiences does it seems my #'s are promising? i started ovulating monitering today, i am worried the tests wont be accurate, or that i will mess something up lol. I am not doing any meds or trigger shots. I am 31, all my blood work and tests came back good from last month- i had the HSG on Sept 21st. They are going to do another ultrasound when i go in for my IUI to make sure everything is favorable. I guess im just getting nervous haha :/ any advice or experiences from you amazing ladies will definitely help me feel better! :) Thanks!!!!
