Tips for at home ICI?

Good morning everyone! My partner and I are going to be trying our first at home ICI within the next few days hopefully after two failed IUIs at the doctor's office. I think we are going to go the needless syringe followed by the instead cup route, but wanted to see if anyone had any tips that have successfully achieved pregnancy with at home insemination. We are a little nervous and can use all of the help we can get!

My wife and I are new to the forum and are looking to do ICI at home. Saw your post and wanted to ask if you had an update on your home insemination?
