Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth

Donor 4026 Vials For Sale!

Last year, I bought the last 3 IUI vials that donor 4026 had available. I was able to conceive with my first try (tremendous blessing!!) so I'm looking to sell the remaining two. I spoke with a customer service rep and they explained that the vials can be transferred to a new owner since they've never left their facility. This transfer will cost $250 in addition to the cost of each vial. I'm looking to sell each one for $750.
The donor is no longer listed in the search database, so I'll also send the childhood photo, in addition to the personal and medical profiles. He is an ID option donor and was very popular when he was listed. If you're interested, please send me a private message to egotrippingashley@gmail.com
