Subseptate Uterus + Preganacy

I was just told by my RE that I have a subseptate uterus. I will be getting an MRI next Saturaday to confirm the size. Does anyone have a subseptate uterus and have experienced a successful pregnancy without needing surgery? Or, did you decide to have the surgery to clear up some space in the uterus? I am so concerned about the risk of miscarriage if I don't have the surgery. Any stories are welcome. Thanks
