2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

3 Extra IUI Vials of Donor 4174

Hi Ladies, I have 3 extra IUI vials of donor 4174 that I would like to sell. They’re still over at Fairfax Cryobank in storage. I’d like to sell them for $475 each. We're done with IVF and of course would like to stop paying storage!
4174 is an excellent donor, with a very good fertilization rate, and is very handsome (I’ve seen both his childhood and adult photos).
