Donor 4034 - Discounted Vial Available!

I have 1 extra IUI vial for donor 4034 that I would like to sell (can also be used for IVF, which is no longer available for this donor). It was transferred to my fertility clinic and has remained untouched in storage ever since, as I have decided to no longer persue fertility treatments and would like to discontinue monthly payments for storage. I'd like to sell it for $500 + $100 soft transfer fee = $600... Thats almost 20% off Fairfax's current IUI pricing for ID Options donors!

4034 is an excellent ID Options donor: He is 6' tall with straight brown hair and green eyes, is CMV Negative (!), has a very good fertilization rate (I know of at least 1 birth and 2 current pregnancies; I myself also became pregnant using this donor). I'm also willing to provide you with all the extras (Childhood Photo, Full Audio Interview, Medical Profile, Personal Profile, Childhood Photo, Silhouette and Keirsey Donor Report) at no additional cost.
