BFP but low HCG levels

JP1018JP1018 Junior Member Junior Member
Has anyone gotten pregnant and early on had low HCG and progesterone levels? If so, what was the outcome? I am on progesterone 3x daily and go back for more lab work tomorrow. Hoping numbers are increasing like they should. Just curious if anyone else has been through this...

I don't want to scare you but with my previous IVF cycle I had my first beta and it was 22, second was 17 and third and final was 7 :-( hopefully your numbers will rise accordingly!!

It's alright...numbers decreased. It was a chemical pregnancy.

Sorry about your chemical pregnancy. I also experienced this during my fresh IVF cycle and thankfully had a successful frozen cycle several months later. Apparently, it's very common and it just goes to show you it's not just science. There's so much more to this whole process. Keep your head up and continue to move forward.
