    There are three options for those of you looking to gain access to the private forum for your donor:

    Option 1: Follow this link to the private forums and submit your information via the instructions: http://fairfaxcryobank.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?2960-Private-Forums-by-Donor-Number-Sibling-Registry

    Option 2: Send the Fairfax Moderator a private message via the settings tab with your name, donor number, offspring DOB/EDD, and clinic information.

    Option 3: Contact Fairfax Client Services via the chatline or 800-338-8407 for some assistance. Just let them know your username on this forum board. We want this experience to be as user friendly as possible, so we are happy to help in whatever way you may need.
