We just purchased donor 2887. We have had 3 failed attempts with a different donor. I have read lots of success stories from this donor, but anything recent? We will try our next IUI in July. Thanks for any info :-)

How did you purchase from donor 2887, it says he is inactive, I just had a baby in January and was heartbroken to see he was no longer available because I want to try for another baby next year?

We're waiting for my Day 1 and we start with our IUI non-medicated cycle this coming month too but of course my period is late. Go figure! We love our donor 2887 too!

Our First IUI in February was with donor 2887 which failed after 3 more failed IUI's with different donors, we are now Starting IVF in July with donor 2887.

I have a girl born July 21, 2012 with donor 2887. I got pregnant on the first attempt using IUI.

I was told donor 2887 was inactive and I could be added to the buy back program. I am wanting to have a sibling for my baby, did you buy some off of someone or have you had it purchased for awhile? I had good luck conceiving with this donor, the sperm count was high. Good luck with everything and let me know if you have any extra :-)

When we purchased our vials there were not many left according to the rep i spike with. We had to call to order and there were only iui vials left. We only got two (financially what we could afford at the time) so I hope it works since we've already had several failed attempts. Good luck to you others also!

It is my understanding that there are two banks one that is available to the Americans and there is one for Canadians. Our selection is much smaller in Canada with only I think around 100 donors available to us on this site.

Thanks for the info ladies, I hope I will be able to find some vials when I am ready in January. Good luck to everyone, and let me know if anyone has any extra they want to sell :-)

We have one vial of Canadian Compliant 2887 left and it's in storage at the OFC. We purchased 3 and got our BFP on our 2nd vial. During our 12week NT scan it was discovered that the embryo stopped developing at approximately 8wk4d - It's called a missed miscarriage MMS.
I want to break-even funds-wise and transfer this vial to one of you women who want a sibling. This donor is anonymous and is no longer active.
Please contact me if you're interested - I'm not sure about the logistics and legalities myself but I'm sure we can be facilitated by either Outreach/Fairfax or OFC.
Email: natashaloveskatie@yahoo.com or text: 613-614-4415.

UPDATE - The vial has been transfered and is no longer available. Thank you for your interest. -
Natasha - I am interested if this unit is still available. Please reply at your earliest convenience. Thanks in advance
