I'm very excited to see your responses, mimijunior and amandar63!
What are your kiddos like? Do either of yours have a tough time at night? GERD? My brothers both had bad stomachs when they were kids so I'm not sure how much of this to attribute to them and if any has to do with donor side. Otherwise he's a very sweet and affectionate little boy. He is BIG! At 10 months he is just shy of 30 inches and 25+ pounds.

    Glad to "meet" you!

Hello! My little boy had no stomach issues at all. In fact, he started sleeping through the night at 8 weeks or so. He was a sleeper from the beginning. I would have to wake him up all the time to feed him, which was a chore. My little guy is very sweet and affectionate too. He's laid back and a little shy, and has always been a very content easy going baby. He loves to put things together like the big lego blocks. He will contently play with his blocks for easily an hour. He seems to be very intelligent. He is saying 30+ words, does sign language and understands most of what we say to him. He has great fine motor skills for his age, and will figure out how to take things a part and put them back together, which may not be such a good thing as he gets older. lol The things he remembers also amazes me! I feel like one of those obnoxious moms bragging on my baby, but he really has been as close to perfect as I could have ever imagined. He does have a little bit of a temper though, but he probably got that from me :) He is very independent, and doesn't want you to help him a lot of the time. He has always measured in the 80+% for height, and usually average for weight. Your little guy is a big boy! My son is probably 33ish in and 26 lbs at 18 months old. We are actually getting ready to use this donor again to try for a sibling.

oh my gosh! My little guy has a temper, too! LOL!
I am thinking the tummy issues must be from my family. I kind of thought so, but was curious.
We've done minimal signing with him but he's picked up a couple of signs and he loves clapping--in fact we get him to take his tummy meds by clapping for him. It's so cute.

There's a private section of this forum that I found the other night where you can request permission and it's for just those of us that have used this donor... I just applied for access two days ago, was approved yesterday. I'm the only one there so far I think.. lol But it's private and they screen people to make sure they've really used this donor, just in case. Hope you can join me there!

DS is getting very giggly now and we are getting a big kick out of it. He has an older sister we adopted at birth. I'd LOVE to have another, but we are older and we are definitely feeling our age with him. lol I still have a few fertile years ahead (I think) but man we are much more worn out than we were with DD 8 years ago! But.. who knows.

Good luck to you guys! I will watch for you in the private part of the boards. Thank you so much for sharing about your little one with me!

I have a beautiful 15 month old daughter with this donor. How many others out there have children from this donor? It is interesting to find out about my daughters biological half brothers and sisters. Did spit up a lot when younger. She does well now just a little bit of a picky eater. She is almost always on the move could have gotten this from donor or my dad. She only says a few words so far but understands many. She is healthy, smart, and sweet.

Hello. I am from PA too and have a daughter from donor 4034. She was also born in July 2012. It is would be nice to hear about other half biological siblings. Hope your daughter is doing well. Feel free to reply. Our daughter might have some characteristics in common. My daughter is full of energy, healthy, smart, and sweet.

Hello again. How do you get to the private section of this sight? I have registered my daughter's birth so I think I would have access. Just wondering. It would be nice to hear from other parents.

My husband and I have a beautiful 7 month old son because of 4034! He has GERD and seems to be finally working through it. The GI doc just today started backing him off of his meds...

You have to request access to this specific donor in the private forums. It's pretty simple, but may take several days. You just complete a thread with the donor number and other specific information, and then you will see a thread for Donor 4034 once the admin approves it.

Our beautiful baby girl was born on December 29th, 2013 (via donor 4034). She eats and sleeps very well and we feel very lucky. Excited to be a part of this thread and learn more about other siblings. Our little angel has two moms and we live in Arkansas.

    Hi:

This blog is all new to me! How great to find others who used donor 4034. Yes, I have a beautiful 19 month of daughter, born in July 2012, using donor 4034. She is funny, inquisitive, loving and full of energy! She's something else! I am from New York.

    Hi Sparkie!
Our little guy they had started backing him off his meds but he's back on a high dose of omeprazole. He has skin issues, too, that flare up when the GERD is especially bad. He never has particularly smooth skin. But it's at it's worst when he is having a hard time. We just had his allergy testing come back, everything negative, which is great, but still a mystery! Other than his GERD, he was SO HEALTHY until his first bday in December, and since then has had six ear infections! All of a sudden! Hoping with winter winding down those ear infections will be winding down, too! Hope your little one is continuing to do well!

My daughter was also born in July of 2012. How funny it seems our girls are similar. My little girl is also funny and full of energy. She climbs on almost anything. Does she love playing outside? It is nice to hear about other half siblings. I am blessed with my little girl.

I am super excited to find others that have had children with donor 4034.
I am currently on my TWW with donor 4034. I'm really hoping we get a BFP and I can join the private group soon.

We are super excited. I can't wait to see what our baby looks like. It would be nice if there were adult pictures of donor 4034. But ah well.

My daughter is now 18 months old, and I haven't checked back into this thread in a very long time (sorry! She keeps me so busy!). :-)
She is healthy and beautiful, and we feel so fortunate to have her. We are now trying for a sibling. I had two units in storage and used one last cycle but had a BFN. I have one unit left and will be trying again this cycle. Do any of you happen to have additional units in storage that you are not planning to use? I should have purchased more up front but I wanted to wait until my daughter was born to make sure she was healthy, etc., and now there are no units left to order. Trying to select a back-up donor just in case.

I have 4 vials that I am not planning on using, but they are all IVF prep. I am planning on selling them back to Fairfax, but if you would like them let me know soon.
  • mimijuniormimijunior Junior Member Junior Member
Thank you! I will talk with my clinic about prep and get back to you. If my IUI does not work this cycle with the unit I already have, my RE is recommending injectables. If we end up doing that, we may as well do IVF, too. I need to get more details.

  • amandar63amandar63 Junior Member Junior Member
I sold 4 IVF vials back to Fairfax about a year ago, so I would contact them to see if they have any vials.
  • sactomomsactomom Junior Member Junior Member
