I have one IVF vial for Donor 4209 for sale. Our original donor who we have one child by has recently become available again. This vial was recently purchased within past two months and shipped to our fertility clinic where it remains in storage. It has never been thawed. Asking original purchase price of $360 plus half of shipping costs. Thank you.

Hi - I apologize for not responding sooner. I rarely check this forum. We are in Scottsdale AZ. The IVF specimen remains in storage.
Just as an update: I do have an embryo with this donor (from our attempt prior to knowing our daughter's donor was available again). I am scheduled for the embryo transfer next month. Fingers crossed.
