    Defiantly the adult photo...

Agreed, the adult photo was critical for me in making this decision. I subscribed to many different banks and found a number of donors that I liked at other locations but ultimately opted for a donor from Fairfax because I was able to view the adult photos.

Definitely the adult ones. More for my daughter to see when she gets older. I know she'll be curious to see what she inherited from him.

No question, an adult photo. We would have not selected a donor with just seeing the child photo. They change so much that the childhood photo doesn't seem to tell us too much (in our opinion).

My daughter's donor did not have an adult photo and I'm ok with that

Honestly, it didn't matter to us. We were more concerned about health information and character traits than looks. We didn't purchase the photos until after we were four months pregnant. I was pleasantly surprised with the donor's baby photo, but as I said- looks didn't matter so much as having a healthy baby. I wish our donor had more than just one photo though because I know our daughter might be curious when she gets older.

For us it was adult photos, no doubt. Some of the childhood photos make it really hard to tell anything about the physical characteristics of a donor and I found several that had infant photos rather than childhood and those are the least helpful. Silhouettes are pretty helpful also but for us it came down to adult photos. Having a healthy baby is important to me, as I'm sure it is too all of us, but I know the Cryobank screens donor health with more scrutiny than any of us would when checking out potential baby daddies the "regular" way so I was confident in that aspect being as controlled as possible. I needed to have someone that looked as much like my husband as was possible.

Once I am ready to make my final decision I prefer the adult photos. The childhood photos help with the initial screening.
