2) Once prompted to confirm your request please list this information so we can verify your information:
Name (under which the vial was purchased)
Email
Clinic Name
Donor number
Child Date of Birth
*If you are looking to start a private group for a PRS donor please email forum@fairfaxcryobank.com with the above information and that you are looking for a PRS group*

Hi All -
I wanted to share my story. I started my journey with Donor 4046 in March of 2012 and through an IUI and Donor 4046's contribution I became I mother to this gorgeous little boy. This little guy strikes up babble at department stores and makes friends where ever he goes. The ladies at the daycare are so in love with this prince that I have to stick around to make sure they all get their hugs and one on one time with him. This has been an incredible journey and I really hope all of you have the great success we have had.
