    Everything is good. Just waiting for this cycle to be over. I will have my IUI in about a month. Everything checked out pretty good. I have a Vitamin D deficiency so I'm taking meds for that. I have mild PCOS so I'm going to take Metformin and Clomid. She also found that I have a small area in my uterus of extra tissue. I will start taking Estrogen on Monday to hopefully make that shed. Wow sounds like a lot when I type it out lol. She said the test showed I was fertile so hopefully by my next cycle this will all be cleared up. I was able to purchase my vial yesterday, so that's good :))

    My ivf was not successful, even I had two AA grade embryos. The doctor felt all looked great and since i had no infertility issues was pregnant before, I am thinking IF I should try an other donor... Unless there is someone with a birth record... Any suggestion?

    What did the doctor say? I should be starting my next cycle any day now. I will be using this donor. I am thinking of switching donors if unsuccessful. I'm so sorry your IVF didn't work :(

    I am actually having my IUI tomorrow. Had the ultrasound today and everything looked great. 4 follicles; 2 around 14, a 20 and 21. I'm trying to not get nervous. I would love to find someone who had given birth! I even started a new thread hoping to find someone but nothing :(.

    Hi. I am in my 2ww. So far I had some cramping but I think it is do to a uti I developed 3 days post IUI. I should find out Friday, keeping my fingers crossed :)))

    Are you trying again? With same or different donor? Yes I used clomid this cycle as well as the trigger shot. I had four follicles; 14,14,20 and 21. Hoping this time works :)

    Last time I purchased 2 vials of IUI for donor 2754. The first one didn't work. It seems like clomid wasn't working for me. Anyways, since I had one vial left I decided to use it. This time I used Brevelle (injectables). I got a BFP and I am on week 5...just waiting to see if everything goes ok now :)

    Sorry Melissa. I haven't read about anyone getting a successful pregnancy with donor 4046 in the forum...This process is very expensive to just keep trying...It really is time to find a new donor :). Good luck!!!!

    Hi. I got the first ultrasound today. I could see the gestational sac and yolk sac. It shows that I am 5wk5days so I couldn't see the heart beat yet. The doctor said that everything is looking good. I will have to go next friday to check how everything is going and hopefully I get to see the baby heart beat then :)

    We're getting ready for our third IUI with 4046, we've been unsuccessful so far. What an emotional roller coaster this is! I was glad to see this conversation...maybe it's time to try another donor if this month is unsuccessful again.

    @ Melissa33 a little late, but we have attempted another IUI with 4046 WITHOUT success. We will try again in January, however I think its worth mentioning that after reading the following thread, we are trying not to get discouraged but we have started the long grueling process of searching for another donor dad. Seems like he was everything we were looking for...looks, personality, but sorry to say NO LUCK. I'm hoping that someone will come forward with a success story and rekindle our excitement.

    It's so great to hear from the two of you! I feel your pain. It's such a hard thing to go through. I'm having my fourth IUI next week. I went through the long process and finally found a new donor. I'm hoping that I will have success this time. It was very hard for me to change donors because I felt like 4046 was perfect for me but no BFP :(. I too found it hard that I could find no success stories. I hope we all get that BFP we are looking for :)

    I think we all need to get an other donor than 4046, i had two AA embrios but no luck either. Is too emotionally and financially draining to try with out luck.
