How did you select your donor?

My partner and I have selected donors from two different banks (we had to switch because we decided to do insemination at home and fairfax would ship to us without an MD signature). both times our criteria was the same. we did an initial search based on ethnicity and other traits that would match my wife's (hair and eye color). then we excluded those with any health history that we deemed unacceptable. we then decided to look at those with adult pictures only and narrowed it further down by their educational achievements.
