I will have some Aflac money in September, so I will get back to it then. I honestly don't know what I will do if it doesn't work. Guess I will cross that bridge when I come to it.
I did the HCG (trigger shot) the day before I had back to back IUI's. Maybe they are giving you progesterone shots? I haven't heard of shots after an IUI. Let me know what you find out about it. Was the sperm count good for you? Mine were excellent.
I did the HSG test at the very beginning of this process and they said mine was all clear also and that your chances of conceiving are slightly increased for the next three months after the procedure. Something abou the dye "roughing" up the uterine lining which could help with implantation. My friend had it done twice and naturally concieved after both procedures, so who knows. Good luck with everything and keep me posted.

I went to the clinic yesterday for the first shot of HCG and have to do it Friday and Monday again and then pregnancy test on 24th. That was the first time I had to do shots myself and to my suprise it wasn't so bad.
The nurse said the sperm count was good. How many was yours?
I never thought that to get pregnant will be that difficult and expansive. What makes me more mad is that even if you don't have any health problems the chances to get pregnant still low. Not fare!!!
My friend had delivered twins yesterday, a boy and a girl. Oh my God they are so adorable. May be the next time we will try a different donor-).
Good luck to you too!!! Thanks for listening!!

What is the clinic name? We are not going to do it right now but would be nice to have some information for the future.

You are doing the HCG shot before the IUI, right? I was told it was to "trigger" ovulation. As far as the sperm counts, the first was 16 million and the second was 22 or 23 million. This is my 5th donor and by far the best counts I have received.

No, I am doing shots after IUI. My sperm count was both times just 10million. So I am thinking the next time I will try a different donor.

I am having cramps, that is freaking me out. I want it to be positive this time!!!!!!!!!! Sweatpea is it ok to ask you what donors you used before, so if I go with a different donor I don't choose the one with low sperm count.
