i am only aware of one pregnancy..but fairfax is saying there is 1-5 so who knows! I tried three times and I am aware of another person trying a few times. neither of us had any luck but that is not to say that you will not. This whole journey is really just a roll of the dice. I wish you lots of luck in your journey and I am here if you need anything

Actually I am pregnant with this donor and when I called they said the same thing.... 1-5 pregnancies, so since there was reported and me, that's 2 for sure. I was just curious if anyone else was prego using him, curious the area. I'm in Texas. If u are still using him, good luck!! Was curious boy/girl if someone here using him already knew?

Congratulations on the pregnancies ladies!! If you don't mind me asking, how old are you both. Also, Christy did you do IUI or IVF? I was using a different donor and am strongly thinking of switching to donor 4187. Thanks!

Thank you both for the quick responses!

I am "42" and from New York. I have tried IUI twice with no luck...so for my next cycle I will do IUI with injectables. The donor I had used no longer has availability and I also only have 1 vial left. I was also reading the blog on the donor I used and there have been a lot of concerns with the quality of the sperm; although my RE said it was really good. He has been a donor since 2010 with 5-10 reported pregnancies (per fairfax).

I believe it is the luck of the draw ... my age of course playing a huge role. I had my eye on donor 4187 in the past but there wasn't any available. When I was notified that it was available again I did put some on hold. I am going to move forward with this donor...crossing my fingers.

Awesome..... yeah i guess there are soooooo many factors. From age, weight, background, just how your body reacts in general. Yeah when i first got 4187 there was no pregnancies, now i think he has 5-10 reported and he was new last year. So i wish you luck and hope this one works out. Maybe the injectables will help too, i have no clue. I didn't use anything, but they gotta do something you would think. I'll cross my fingers too, keep us posted!
Good luck! I know one of vials i got from him the count was over the charts, my dr said she had never seen as high and it should work , then low and behold, it did! I guess its all timing and also a plan from above.

Just found out Thursday I am pregnant (with 4187)! It was my 4th IUI. We used 2959 for the first 3 without any luck, so we switched and it worked!

Yes due april 26th. It acutally has been wonderful, no sickness, no issues..... she is moving around and kicking like a champ. 7 months down, about 70 more days! can't wait. this is my first. i have two step children, but this is going to be different!

Yeah his baby pic and adult pic were very cute! I no longer have the computer that had those photos saved on it, but very handsome guy.
He is german, had brown short hair, clean cut. Don't really look like anyone to compare to? Sorry.
