Hey there...I know this is soooo crazy! you think oh its just a matter of injecting the boys but omg its not...there is so much information to consider. I started by googling things like...."IUI" and "IVF" and home insemination, washed semen, unwashed semen, frozen vs fresh...ect. its nice to go into this knowing everything vs not knowing where to start. If you don't have the means to do an iui or ivf then id try home insemination. Start with an ovulation calendar, and an ovulation kit..then think about your donor and make sure he is ready when you are. if its frozen get the info on thawing. omg girl....its a LOOOOOONNNNG process....I chose IUI because I didn't want to deal with the stress of doing it on my own...hope I helped -
Awesome! I'm 36, too, had 1st IUI Saturday no meds.... crossing my fingers!

My girlfriend and I were successful on the first try, no medication with only a ovulation predictor test.

I had a full work up and new issues were found. No success after 5 IUIs. We are having my wife try to carry my embryo next week.
