My wife and I are just starting the process and have finally picked a donor. We are using donor #2762 (looks just like her as a baby!) and I wanted to know if there was anyone else out there with children from this donor? Or if you have had an experiences with him/sperm count? Thanks!

    I have purchased 3 vials from this donor. Used 2 so far with no luck. The last IUI I had the lab test his counts just to make sure it was good on his side. My vial was considered extremely good by my doctor. His counts were 80 million with 60 motility. One more left to try in Nov. Hope you have good luck with this donor. He needs a positive pregnancy wtih sperm count numbers like that.

    So far so good. The IUI went well, she said it was "an easy one," and now the 2 week wait begins. . . sorta. My period is supposed to come on 1/22 or 23, and my actual 2 weeks out test date is 1/26. So I should have pretty good idea before the actual 2 week mark. Hard to not test daily!

    I'm sorry for your loss but I too miscarried from this donor at 7weeks. It was completely devastating! Its taken me a few months to get back to normal but Im trying again in a few weeks time. Am I making a mistake do you think?

    I'm not to sure me and my wife are waiting for the perfect time hopefully this year.I just hope the donor will still have sperm when im ready.

    In my case the doctor called it a blighted ovum. You can do a little research on it, but that type of miscarriage is the most common and it will not prevent you from having future successful pregnancies. I am in my waiting period before I can try again.

    We should be finding out this week. . . fingers crossed. In the mean time, I stopped sleeping through the night about 5 days ago (and I'm normally a very sound sleeper) and Saturday morning I developed a headache that has stayed with me (I'm not prone to headaches). . . I'd say it's looking pretty good.

    Hello,Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with this donor? So far, I read about miscarriages and that really scares me. Had 2 of them in the past and don't think I can take another one. On the other hand, I really liked this donor. He sounds like my husband's twin brother and we would like to use him for our ivf attempt! Anything you can share will be so appreciated!!

    Hi everyone. I just wanted to check in and let you know that all is well so far. I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow! I had a blood clot, and was put on pelvic rest for a week. It's gone now and the baby is heathy and heartbeat is good. And it's tall! (I'm 6'2" so this is clearly expected!) Anyone else starting the process with this donor soon?

    Hi Katie! :-) That is really good news. Glad to know everything is well. My RE scheduled my egg retrieval in March and wants to do the transfer in April. Right now I am mentally preparing myself for the IVF meds in 2 weeks.

    Thats great news Katie, I was a little scared to ask before 8wks because thats when I failed to see a heartbeat! Couldnt be happier for you. So glad you got over the clot with a little bed rest too. Keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of the journey.

    My IUI is next week, mon or tues. Im terrified of the same result but very excited to get going on this joirney after so long...
